We are in the process of restructuring the club, track and website.  Please be patient.  We are open to suggestions on any of the above.  Picture Page will be up soon, showing the progress from the beginning.

 

We will have a profile page if people give us a picture and profile information, what you would like people to know about you.

 

There is a lot of work to do before we start races.  The track was left with a lot of damage and work to do.  So if you would like to help, call RC Addiction to find out what needs to be done.

Letter from Jackson County Parks Manager

Gene and Betty,

I wanted to touch base with you regarding the improvements at the Jackson County Sports Park R/C track. I am in favor of the addition of a small parking lot in the area that Gene and I looked at. In addition, I approve the addition of a small track. However, I would like to see the other projects at the site get finished before beginning the additions. As nice as the track looks, there are some projects that need to get cleaned up. These include:

1.) painting and roofing the viewing stand.
2.) repairing the work stations and completing the roofs
3.) clean up the site (remove lawn mower and excess piping, etc.)
4.) clean up garbage that has spread throughout site and "tidy" things up

When these projects are completed, please let me know and we can visit the site again to look at future expansion. I appreciate all of the hard work that you are doing at the R/C track. You are providing a great service to the citizens of Jackson County.
